The Reporting Module offers a substantial suite of over 60 standard reports covering all aspects of contract management. All these standard reports provide extensive selection criteria options to enable users to target specific contracts and/or suppliers records. They can be generated directly into several different formats [such as pdf, doc, xls or rtf ] at the click of a mouse. Integration with MS SQL Reporting Services also provides the ability for clients to create their own reports and launch them from within the application.

The Documents Module offers safe storage of all contract documents, regardless of size or format. The new auto-indexing features enables documents to be fully searchable not only by document or file name but also by content. With your virtual filing cabinet you will never lose a key document again, and can search every word instantly. Ready Contracts check-out check-in functionality allows versioning of documents for full audit history. Integration with common eDMS systems is available out-of-the-box.
