FAQs

WHY HAVE IT VISION DECIDED TO JOIN READYTECH?

By joining forces with ReadyTech and Open Office, we will be bolstering our market position and capability to do more for our customers. Together, we hope to be the major technology provider in the local government space.

HOW WILL THIS CHANGE IMPACT IT VISION CUSTOMERS?

It is ‘business as usual’ for our customers – you will continue to receive the same services from the same IT Vision team. Our customers will continue to receive personal, localised service and on-site visits, only now we are supported by the scale and expertise of a leading ASX-listed technology company, ReadyTech.

WILL THERE BE ANY IMPACT ON EXISTING CONTRACTS BETWEEN IT VISION AND CUSTOMERS?

There will be no impact on current agreements in place between IT Vision and customers. IT Vision Pty Ltd remains the relevant party and there will be no change to staffing, skills, partners, or prioritisation. Chief Executive Officer, Nigel Lutton and/or your Account Manager are available to address this with you and other key stakeholders in writing or via a meeting if needed.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE IT VISION ALTUS PRODUCT ROADMAP?

One of the most exciting outcomes of partnering with ReadyTech is the acceleration of our product roadmap and Altus journey. Using the resources, scale, and additional local government expertise within the ReadyTech team, we have the opportunity to enhance our Altus product offering and deliver this to our customers faster.

We want to assure our customers that we are committed to the continued development of our Altus Strategic Development Roadmap. Both IT Vision and ReadyTech are committed to finalising the development as swiftly as possible to enable the transition of our significant customer base from SynergySoft to Altus. Customers will also have access to additional products within the Open Office or wider ReadyTech portfolio if appropriate and well suited to their needs.

Further information will be shared with our customers in due course, including at our national user conference iNNOVATE22.
