Darren is one of Australia’s leading behavioural science experts with a passion for using technology and data to enhance the employment and education outcomes of jobseekers and students.

Having grown a government-funded education and employment provider twelve-fold in the UK before selling it, Darren founded Esher House in 2010 and has grown it into a trusted provider of behavioural science assessment tools for employment services, DES, AASN and education markets.

Darren is a frequent keynote speaker on behavioural science, employment, youth, wellbeing, resilience and education, has written a Doctoral thesis on behavioural change, and is helping inform the future of public and private sector programs through advocacy on behavioural assessment.
