Meet The Team - Jo Arpin
Jo joined the Sales team at ReadyTech in late 2021 as a Customer Account Manager, bringing with her a wealth of management, administration, and sales experience across a variety of roles. In her current role as Customer Experience & Support Manager - Government, Jo is passionate about transforming the support experience for our customers.
Jo moved to Australia from Durban, South Africa, in 2008. Outside the office, she is a keen caravanner, and loves exploring new parts of the country with her husband. She confesses that as a big planner, every holiday has a spreadsheet! Her weekends are spent with family and sleepovers with her young grandkids who certainly keep her hands full!
When asked about her hidden talents, Jo claims that while she may not have a creative bone in her body, organisation and common sense is her superpower. She recalls the time her son gave her report card when he was young with all the 'tasks' she does, with a score from A-F.
“For singing I received a big F with a request to never sing again. However, I did score quite well in cooking and sleeping which I was happy with!”, she commented.
Jo loves being by the water and loves our office location by the river. Always the practical thinker, if she was stuck on a desert island and could only bring 3 things, she’d bring:
- A good book
- A deckchair
Jo’s ‘go-getter’ attitude is a fantastic addition to the team, and her approachable and friendly nature makes her a great fit as the go-to for support for our valued customers. We want to thank Jo for diving headfirst into her role and look forward to seeing what the future holds!
