Delivery Specialist – Tech Projects (Project Manager/Business Analyst)

If you’re an expert in projects with strong background in Business Analysis, especially if that happens to be in technology, then this role might be for you. Yes, a blended role and you’ve got to want to make things happen (including collaborating and making internal and external teams accountable and deliver), not just manage and sit across multiple project plans.
Right now, we’re growing fast and we need someone to come join our Delivery Team. We have a lot of work on the go. Think: Significant technology implementations/digital transformation, development delivery and other discreet projects.
Primarily, the role is about working closely with clients, product managers/owners, understanding requirements, translating them into the best possible outcome for clients/product and making things happen. Things move fast so you need to care deeply about the detail and be ready to make decisions.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst who is excited by relationship building with their clients and capable at juggling lots of moving parts with style. This role will deal with stakeholders at right up to C level – so we are looking for an articulate quick thinker. Previous experience in technology and/or our key verticals of education and employment would be favourable.
This role is based at JobReady HQ in Pyrmont, Sydney. We are young, diverse and ambitious.
- 2-5+ years in positions including:
- Business Analyst or equivalent and
- Project Leadership and/or Management
- Demonstrated background in Technology Projects
- Exceptional Project Governance / Agile Rituals and Ceremonies
- Highly Developed Communication/Empathy
- Highly Developed Stakeholder Engagement / Relationship Builder
- High-Velocity Decision-Making
- Change Management
- Design Thinking
- Ability to develop detailed requirements, designs and specifications – 1st class documentation skills and eye for detail!
- Demonstrated analytical skills for collecting, interpreting and evaluating information
- Interpret business processes and design complete and effective business process improvement
- Knowledge and passion for the education sector including Higher Education, Vocational Education
- Relevant tertiary education
