Payroll Administration Assistant

The role

Required skills and experience

  • 2 years Administration experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional & mature approach to business and daily activities

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Payroll knowledge and experience (preferred but not necessary)

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to our team of Payroll Consultants
  • Basic invoicing, runs and payslip management
  • CRM maintenance
  • Assisting Payroll Consultants during peak processing times;
  • Assisting Business Admin Team
  • Completing other ad hoc duties
  • Efficient and accurate processing of data entry

Payroll Team Leader

The Role:

Aussiepay and ePayroll are part of the hyper growth SaaS company ReadyTech who specialise in supporting organisations manage their employee lifecycle. Due to our growth we are looking for a Payroll Team Leader, based in our Parramatta office, to work with our strong Managed Payroll Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional to take a step into a leadership role within a group that processes Billions of dollars annually. Along with assisting the everyday payroll processing, this role will be heavily based around mentoring/developing the rest of the payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the management and coordination of the Managed Services team
    • Maintain and enhance relationships with client contacts to ensure we are assisting them to manage their employees and value adding to their business
    • Deliver the highest quality payroll service to clients in a friendly helpful manner.
    • To escalate and follow through, implementation, system and payroll issues to ensure customer satisfaction
    • To provide support, leadership and motivation to direct reports including their personal development for the role.
    • Support on-boarding of new customers at go-live to ensure successful adoption
    • Proactively engage customers at risk of churn to ensure churn prevention

Key Requirements

    • High volume payroll experience – 4 years minimum, ideally in an outsourced environment
    • Team Leader experience
    • Highly organised with ability to plan cycles and touch points across your portfolio
    • Proven ability to develop and manage a team through complex change and environments
    • Strong excel and numeracy skills
    • Excellent communication skills, a professional consultative approach and strong business acumen
    • Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate

Professional Services Support Consultant

HR3 is one of Australia’s leading providers of Employee Management Solutions. Our Strong Customer Support has and will always be a major priority. We are currently seeking to employ a Support Consultant to be based in our State of the Art offices in Docklands, Melbourne, working with a great team.

The role

  • Providing customers with exceptional support via phone or email.
  • Prioritising workload and responding to clients in accordance to set SLA’s.
  • Escalating any issues to the Professional Services Team Leader and liaising confidently with clients to ensure details are accurate for a prompt resolution.
  • Relaying information back to the client to keep them up to date on resolution.
  • Processing license upgrades and maintaining accurate records in CRM.
  • Promote HR3’s services.
  • Feedback of software issues or enhancement requests to Software Development team.
  • Other duties as required.

Required skills and experience

  • Experience and knowledge of Australian payroll requirements.
  • Relevant experience with one or more payroll systems.
  • HR3 experience preferred but not essential – We will train you.
  • PC literacy and be familiar with the use of the Office 365 product suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Must have Australian Working rights to apply for this role.
